Sr. Paid Media Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Actively managing paid search and social campaigns
• Optimizing performance and marketing mix to meet business objectives by maximizing ROAS and minimizing CPLs
• Communicating observations and insights to stakeholders, teammates, and paid media channel members
• Actively testing paid collaboration with email, organic, design, or copy
• Focusing on paid/content marketing strategies to improve ad relevance and performance
• Testing how paid and email can partner to reduce costs and increase customer nurturing
• Consistently reporting on campaign findings to enable team understanding and collaboration
• Driving the team toward a deeper paid media strategy
• Advocating for clear next steps on audience targeting through paid media and other channels
• Analyzing how quality metrics can apply to paid search
• Testing geo-targeting through paid search and paid social to optimize revenue

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid media, with an emphasis on paid search
• Experience working with ad spend of a minimum of $100K monthly
• Willingness to take risks with large budgets to find effective messaging

Nice to Have

• Experience testing paid and email partnership strategies
• Knowledge of geo-targeting and performance optimization techniques
