Sr. Product Manager - Office Transformations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage multiple vendors and ecosystem integrations to optimize in-person and digital experiences for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with architects and data engineers to develop data strategies between integrations and ensure data transparency.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications that balance technical feasibility, business viability, and user desirability.
• Own continuous measurement of product and integration performance, analyze metrics, and advocate for features with vendors.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmap aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
• Prioritize features and enhancements, including, but not limited to, development of OKRs, OSTs, and leadership of discovery ceremonies.
• Manage and prioritize a highly technical backlog for multiple use cases and lead Agile ceremonies with various stakeholders and leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a product management role.
• Exceptional professional experience in product management, specifically in technical integration, platform management, or related areas.
• Experience in data-driven product exploration and working on various exploratory and business cases.
• Proficient in data analysis, experimentation, testing, and interpreting results.
• Familiar with security and data challenges of third-party ecosystems, including availability, security, ownership, and portability.
• Exceptional collaboration skills, working with cross-functional teams to identify analysis approaches and questions.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and technical details to executive leadership.
• Exceptional ability to work autonomously within a given strategy and exercise independent judgment in methods and techniques.
• Experience reviewing roadmaps and identifying opportunities for integration initiatives and applications.

• Master's degree in a related field.
