About the Role

As a Sr Product Marketing Manager at T-Mobile, you will drive the strategy, business models, and results for strategic products like Satellite coverage and handset insurance. You will lead products through their lifecycle from inception to end-of-life, defining vision, strategy, value propositions, monetization, positioning, and marketing plans. The role involves partnering with insights, product, GTM, SMB, and sales teams to bring products to market and leading marketing efforts across channels including retail, digital, care, and direct selling. The position requires a strategic thought leader with a growth mindset, strong business and analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Insights, Analytics, strategy and product teams to develop and test concepts, product features and experiences based on customer insights, behaviors, industry landscape & business needs.
  • Develop Strategy, Marketing & GTM plans that outline insights, audiences, value prop, positioning, messaging and financial benefit to support launching new products & value props.
  • Engage with product, technical and other teams on validating feasibility.
  • Support launch planning and orchestrate execution of the commercial release of new products and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Collaborate to build effective sales tools, training materials, selling pitches, FAQS, rep compensation plans etc that enable sales, and partners to sell effectively and also author original content that will be used to create whitepapers, videos, blog posts.
  • Partner with digital, base and vendor teams to develop end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Monitor and report on industry trends, business performance, KPIs, and communicate results of sales and marketing efforts to key stakeholders.
  • Drive the right pricing and promotional mix with leadership to meet business objectives while maximizing revenue and margins.
  • Use business and financial analysis to inform strategy, product retention, and support incremental up-sell/cross-sell programs.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field such as Computer Science.
  • 7+ years experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral tied to increased business revenue.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and tactics in collaboration with Product Management and Sales.
  • Strong foundation in consumer segmentation and insights to identify opportunities and develop segment-specific solutions.
  • Extensive customer interaction experience and success storytelling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including content development and presentation skills.
  • Proven project management experience with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and sales.
  • Experience working on UX, designs, and digital flows.
  • Deep understanding of channel management, especially retail and assisted channels.
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Travel required for the role.
