About the Role

We're looking for an Enterprise Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team and help define how we tell our story in the rapidly evolving world of enterprise cloud storage. This individual will be a key player in shaping product positioning, developing compelling messaging, and enabling our go-to-market success across sales, partners, and customer-facing channels. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and has a proven ability to distil complex technology into clear, persuasive narratives. You'll partner closely with product management, sales, and leadership to drive awareness, differentiation, and demand for our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings in the cloud storage market.
Create high-impact assets including solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, presentations, and web copy.
Equip sales teams with product positioning materials, tools, pitch decks, competitive intelligence, and training that drive pipeline and win rates.
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and events that drive revenue and product adoption.
Measure, learn, and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative results.
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform messaging and strategy.
Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and customer meetings with strong presentation skills and thought leadership.

Requirements

Previous B2B enterprise software product experience with 5+ years working as a Product Marketing Manager.
Experience in Cloud Computing, Infrastructure or Storage is required.
Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio of clear, compelling, and persuasive content.
Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with executives, customers, and industry audiences.
Ability to leverage data—both qualitative and quantitative—to shape and refine marketing efforts.
Deep customer empathy to understand customer needs, challenges, and motivations.
Excellent project management skills to plan and execute campaigns and launches that achieve measurable success.
Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Willingness to travel to external meetings, events, and internal summits.
Ability to work in the Needham, MA office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Nice to Have

Experience with product storytelling and evangelism.
Experience in go-to-market campaign orchestration.
Familiarity with competitive intelligence gathering.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2B enterprise software.
