About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Amazon Nova product marketing team. Amazon Nova is a new generation of foundation models that deliver frontier intelligence and industry-leading price performance. Using Nova models in Amazon Bedrock, businesses can seamlessly build and scale generative AI applications with Nova that are safe, reliable, and cost-effective. In this role, you will focus on marketing Nova to technical decision makers and developers. This will include Nova models and agent development capabilities. You will shape the strategy and narrative that helps customers understand Nova offerings and build AI solutions effectively on Nova. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of emerging AI technology and real-world business transformation. As a key team member in this fast growing, exciting space you will have the opportunity to help lead early market development efforts, establish compelling messaging, drive global growth, and help shape the future this AI-powered technology that will have a significant impact on our customers' businesses. You will partner closely with AWS Executives, Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to create compelling launch moments
- Define product positioning and messaging
- Work with business development and specialist sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies including creating messaging to enable thousands of sellers
- Create clear, technical marketing content that resonates with both developers and technical decision-makers
- Work with analysts and manage relationships with key industry influencers
- Define and track key business metrics that demonstrate impact
- Partner with product team to influence roadmap based on market and customer insights
- Develop executive-level narratives and presentations for industry events and customer engagements
- Work effectively across AWS with groups such as engineering, marketing, sales, business development, and evangelists to achieve our joint business goals
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience marketing developer platforms or AI services at major tech companies
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches
- Strong technical background with demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technologies
- Executive presence and strategic thinking with ability to influence decision makers

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of marketing experience
