About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to drive growth and leadership with insight-led products and applications focused on our Ancillary Seating portfolio. Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work, designing and manufacturing innovative furnishings and solutions to help people do their best work in various environments. The role involves managing product lines, analyzing market data, supporting product development, and collaborating across teams to promote the company's portfolio and strategic sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Craft product line or portfolio strategies considering a holistic view of the portfolio across the company.
Take ownership of and manage assigned product lines to achieve growth or profitability targets.
Analyze market trends, user and chooser needs, competitors, sales, and financial data for decision making.
Support product development and launch initiatives to grow the company's position and portfolio.
Work collaboratively across teams and the company to leverage diversity of thought and experiences.
Represent products by creating and leading presentations to customers, dealers, and design partners.
Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert in support of strategic sales opportunities.
Engage and influence people at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

At least 2 years of marketing or product management experience.
Exceptional written, oral, and visual communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple, competing demands through effective prioritization and negotiation.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Experience working within the contract furniture industry.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of marketing or product management experience.
