Key Responsibilities

Implement the product marketing strategy targeting primarily OEMs, including defining and communicating switchgear product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
Achieve product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
Provide product and technical support to the Sales Team and peers in the Product Marketing group, facilitating knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration.
Execute annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups.
Develop business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
5+ years of experience in MV electrical distribution and industry business.
MV switchgear and R&D/product management experience required.
Product specific knowledge of ADVANCE Switchgear or equivalent required.
Previous experience with Medium Voltage Special application products (Generator breakers, Capacitor switches, arc eliminating devices) and/or Relays is a plus.
Experience with Solidworks, CATIA, Autocad and other R&D software tools.
Ability to travel an estimated 30-50%.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Nice to Have

Previous work with Medium Voltage Special application products (Generator breakers, Capacitor switches, arc eliminating devices) and/or Relays.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
5+ years of experience in MV electrical distribution and industry business.

Position expected to pay between $98,700 and $183,300 annually.
