As a Project Management Professional in Cary, North Carolina, you'll join a collaborative team providing award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery, focusing on exceeding expectations and challenging the status quo.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules to help teams achieve client objectives.
Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address project challenges.
Provide motivation and direction to project teams.
Contribute to the growth and success of the project management team through collaboration and mentorship.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
10 years of experience managing projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities.
Experience as a Project Manager on Data Center Projects.

Nice to Have

Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE).
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
10 years of project management experience in industrial and/or commercial facilities.
Experience managing Data Center Projects.
