Sr. Project Manager Marketing Operations

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management for MBD workstreams related to the design, implementation, and launch of the firm's Next-Gen CRM system, including managing complex requirements and multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate the MBD team's realignment in support of firm strategy by developing detailed plans, ensuring transparent communication, and creating documentation on roles and responsibilities.
• Assist in priority MBD AI optimization projects from planning through execution, tracking progress, and measuring impact on team performance.
• Facilitate ongoing operational change and process improvement projects to streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and leverage people, process, and technology.
• Maintain and improve the MBD team's knowledge management resources and shared libraries to foster consistency and support learning and development.
• Assist with the departmental budgeting process, including strategic planning and ongoing budget management.
• Support project management related to content development and strategy for firm conferences and events.
• Manage key projects and resources, including defining system requirements, stakeholder communication, ROI analysis, change management, and documentation.

Requirements

• Excellent project management skills, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment, with a focus on marketing and business development tools and technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Effective problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze options, and implement solutions.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Confidence in managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot, AI, and familiarity with CRM systems or pipeline tracking tools.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably in a professional services environment with marketing and business development experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
