About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Skilled in social media and mobile communication and/or marketing including story-telling
• Strategic application of creative thinking
• Ability to create complex documents, spreadsheet analysis models, and advanced graphics
• Project management that includes planning, organizing, engaging appropriate resources, and adjusting to ensure success
• Proficient in interacting with and creating a collaborative working environment amongst stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements

• 5 - 10 years of experience in internal communications and/or employee engagement that includes use of social and/or digital communication tools
• Marketing project management experience
• Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience is a plus
• Graphics arts capability (familiar with design software - Adobe Creative Cloud)
