About the Role

The Sr Revenue Analyst role involves planning and executing pricing strategy development and detailed pricing analytics of moderate to high complexity. The position supports business process engineering, contract review, pricing agreement implementation, and internal customer support in pricing strategy, implementation, and evaluation of shipments, routes, and bookings. The role requires collaboration across teams and involves travel, with a focus on market research, revenue management, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Provides input on project plans with other team members
Assists in business process engineering projects, driving thorough contract review and implementation of pricing agreements, supporting compliance and yield improvement activities
Provides support to internal customers in the areas of pricing strategy, pricing implementation, and evaluation of shipments, routes, and bookings
Performs detailed pricing analysis of moderate to high complexity and utilizes costing/analyzing tools while implementing market strategy
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline or directly related experience may offset degree requirements
Four (4) years of experience in analytical/quantitative business, sales, system development, or operations research
Demonstrated experience with market research, pricing/revenue management, financial analysis, and computer modeling
Some travel required

Nice to Have

Strong understanding of pricing agreements and interpretation of such agreements
Experience with CHT, including how links and delinks impact pricing
Ability to conduct research of specific issues to determine validity and initiate correction processes
Experience working collaboratively across functional teams
Experience with web-based tools like SharePoint and Excel
Familiarity with Customer Experience Research

Qualifications

Location within 50 miles of the desired hybrid work locations (Collierville-TN, Plano-TX, Harrison-AR, Lakeland-FL, Pittsburgh-PA)
Ability to work onsite several times a week
