About the Role

The Sr. Staff Product Designer, AI Employee Experience at ServiceNow is a leadership role within the Product Design team, focused on creating innovative AI-enhanced product experiences that transform how people work globally. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large, cross-product initiatives and deliver world-class product experiences that shape product strategy and transform work processes.
  • Drive exceptional and innovative end-to-end user experience, design languages, and frameworks across multiple domains or strategic initiatives.
  • Provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership for large collaborative efforts with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Share knowledge and expertise across the company and externally to elevate colleagues, teams, and the community of practice.

Requirements

  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
  • Experience in user experience design or industry experience in corporate, software, web, or agency environments.
  • 10+ years of relevant design experience.
  • An inspiring portfolio demonstrating exceptional and innovative product design solutions for end-to-end user journeys.
  • Experience in producing high-fidelity specifications for product design experiences, design languages, and frameworks.
  • Advocate for design value and purpose across the company and externally.
  • Influence skills and drive to improve product design processes across business units and teams.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is a preferred qualification.
