About the Role

eero, an Amazon Company, specializes in delivering a whole-home wifi experience using mesh technology. The company designs hardware, enables it with software, and ties it all together to the cloud to provide comprehensive connectivity solutions. As eero continues to grow, it is building a world-class marketing organization and is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Software & Services, to support both consumer and business customers globally. This role involves leading marketing for key software and service offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development, and developing go-to-market strategies for new features and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the end-to-end marketing owner for eero Plus premium subscription offering.
  • Lead product marketing strategy for eero Plus including audience segmentation, positioning, messaging, and core value proposition; evaluate pricing and bundling for B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Determine feature prioritization, messaging, marketing activation opportunities, branding, pricing, naming, and claims ahead of new features, services, and software launches.
  • Post-launch, analyze competitor offerings and address eero's unique value through sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve features and enhance the value proposition of eero Plus using customer insights and feedback.
  • Develop growth marketing plans for eero Plus to drive adoption and engagement through strategies like on-site merchandising, lifecycle marketing, upsell, and partner marketing.
  • Own prioritization and GTM strategy/execution for select software and service features across D2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels.
  • Lead product marketing and GTM for the eero insight product, including messaging, positioning, and supporting B2B customer adoption.
  • Support eero for service providers (ESP) by providing messaging, positioning, and GTM assets for new features or offerings.
  • Conduct market research and customer insights to understand customer needs and preferences for software features and benefits.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners, including product, sales, finance, design, and marketing agencies.
  • Work with global teams and build strong internal relationships within eero/Amazon and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering go-to-market plans.
  • Experience in building growth and engagement marketing plans for consumer or B2B subscription offerings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Technical category experience or desire to become technically versed in networking/Wi-Fi.
  • Passion for experimentation and continuous learning.
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn from failures.
  • Creative thinking and ability to bring innovative ideas to marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of research & insights, including analyzing customer data to inform strategies.
  • Experience in product development, full funnel marketing, and GTM execution.
  • Comfortable with executive interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence internal teams.

Nice to Have

  • A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
  • Experience driving new business segment or service launches.
  • Technical depth and business savvy to interface across organizational levels.

  • 8+ years of relevant marketing experience.
