We are seeking a Staff II Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio and driving strategic initiatives that define the future of accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and execution of complex, cross-functional product initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for this product line.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to expand our product offerings, enter new markets, and advance our competitive position.
  • Employ a customer-centric approach, leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy and ensure solutions address critical needs.
  • Leverage data to identify new product opportunities, validate solutions, and track business value realization.
  • Identify use cases for incorporating AI technologies to revolutionize financial reporting and consolidations.
  • Lead the definition and development of new product concepts, working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders.
  • Work with product leadership to define the long-term product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Establish and promote product management best practices, methodologies, and tools across the organization.
  • Mentor and coach product managers of all levels, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the product organization in strategic discussions, advocating for AI-powered technologies for the modern CFO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or related technical field).
  • 12+ years of experience as a Senior, Principal, or Lead Product Manager in a SaaS company, with ability to drive complex, strategic initiatives.
  • Experience working directly on financial reporting or consolidation products, including understanding of key accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS).
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and adjustments.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting requirements and regulations (e.g., SEC reporting).
  • Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, especially regarding AI technologies.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and align cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
  • Strong business acumen to translate market trends and customer needs into product strategies.
  • Experience with product management tools like Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Pendo, etc.
  • A passion for mentoring and fostering a high-performing product organization.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with scripting languages.
  • PMP certification.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in relevant fields such as Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Business.
