As Analyst, Market Intelligence at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be part of a team responsible for end market and memory supply-demand analysis, competitive analysis, market research and providing actionable insights. The Staff Analyst would have achieved results in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You will be self-motivated and self-directed, but with a strong team ethic. In addition, the individual must have the abilities to work effectively cross-functionally, coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze sophisticated problems, and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain relationship with Market Research analysts
- Drive adoption of AI in Market Intelligence activities
- Work collaboratively with BU Marketing groups to help them size market opportunities, such as PC and automotive markets
- Build and maintain top-down demand models for major end markets
- Lead share point site used to share market research reports and internal analysis
- Analyze data to explain historical or forecasted trends and recommend action
- Conduct research for special projects and macro-economic overviews by applying company filings, equity/market research and internal data
- Participate in competitor analysis and summarize output for company wide use
- Work with marketing and investor relations teams to provide market trend data for use in earnings calls, analyst updates and market presentations
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in a quantitative field; MBA from a world-class business school is preferred
- 5 years of experience in market intelligence, business development, strategy or corporate development
- Familiarity with semiconductor, memory and/or electronics industries
- Proven ability to perform market/opportunity analysis
- Ability to work with senior executives and provide high quality responses on a short deadline
- Strong attention to detail and focus
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to perform analyses and present results
- Comfort level and flexibility with changing needs and priorities, ambiguity, information overload, short deadlines

Qualifications
- Educational background in a quantitative field
- Experience in market intelligence, business development, strategy or corporate development
