About the Role

The Intuit Fintech Platform team is seeking a product leader to develop and deliver capabilities for issuance. We are looking for a leader who has the drive, curiosity and technical experience to move fast, execute and iterate. As a Staff Product Manager leading issuance within the team, you will be instrumental in transforming customer experiences, owning the strategy and development of issuance capabilities, and partnering with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and financial well-being. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of money management and transactions for millions of Intuit customers, integrating with products like QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Credit Karma.

Key Responsibilities

Align the team, executives, and stakeholders around a bold vision and product strategy for the issuance, meeting regularly with senior leaders to educate, inform, and align commitments.
Develop deep customer empathy and customer-backed solutions through immersing in customer research.
Partner with engineering to deliver scalable and flexible capabilities, and collaborate with other product managers and designers to craft simple and impactful product experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Exhibit strong cross-functional partnership demonstrating a high bar for collaboration and a one team mindset.
Act as a key figure within the Fintech Platform Product Management leadership, collaborating closely with other leaders to craft a cohesive vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to ensure offerings are superior and well-positioned.
Lead the product prioritization and development process, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market positioning, and long-term business objectives.

Requirements

6+ years of experience delivering world class product experiences, with deep experience in virtual cards, physical cards, debit and credit programs, and understanding of card networks.
Familiarity with card program management is critical.
Track record of successfully launching and scaling new products, establishing and evangelizing a compelling product vision and strategy.
Ability to partner closely and build trust with cross functional teams to drive outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate new ideas with internal and external partners.
Outstanding analytical skills to assess data streams and derive strategic insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels.
Experience with Bill Payments, payouts, workforce solutions, wallets, and 2-sided markets is a plus.
Passionate about solving customer problems for both businesses and consumers.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS is a plus.
