About the Role

Come join the QuickBooks Mid-Market Marketing Team as a Staff GTM Strategy Manager. Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is committed to creating solutions to meet the needs and improving the chances of success for businesses ranging from solopreneurs to mid-market. We do this with an online ecosystem of business solutions across accounting, payroll, time tracking, payments, bill pay, lending, and more. Part of the U.S. Marketing team for GBSG, the Mid-Market Marketing Team is seeking a highly motivated product marketing professional who is excited to make an impact through one of Intuit's 5 Big Bets: Disrupt the Mid-Market. The role involves refining and executing strategies to meet the needs of emerging mid-market customers, partnering across product marketing, product management, and sales to develop and lead end-to-end omnichannel journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate market, product, and customer insights into compelling product and marketing go-to-market execution.
  • Refine and execute strategies to meet the needs of emerging mid-market customers.
  • Partner across product marketing, product management, and sales to develop and lead end-to-end omnichannel journeys.
  • Move fast, navigate ambiguity, and establish new ways of working to achieve strategic goals.
  • Test and iterate solutions by collaborating cross-functionally with product management, channel marketing, sales, finance, analytics, and product teams.
  • Leverage consumer (qualitative and quantitative), competitive, and industry insights to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, strategy & operations, or consumer packaged goods (highly preferred).
  • 7 to 10 years of overall professional experience.
  • Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • High levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative, and a desire to drive measurable performance results.
  • Ability to develop clear hypotheses and collaborate cross-functionally to test and iterate solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use consumer, competitive, and industry insights to uncover opportunities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience translating market, product, and customer insights into marketing strategies.
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing and solution-sell approaches.
