About the Role

As an Enterprise Strategic Account Specialist for Healthcare at Spectrum Business, you will focus on daily prospecting to generate opportunities and build a sales funnel. You will outline combinations of fiber-based solutions for new and existing healthcare accounts, support client growth, and work alongside driven professionals. The role involves resolving the technology and communication needs of healthcare providers, partnering with small to medium healthcare clients, and providing dedicated account management after completing award-winning training. Key Responsibilities

  • Complete a 12-week paid sales training program that has received industry recognition.
  • Consult with established and prospective clients to develop product solutions.
  • Navigate healthcare procurement processes to facilitate successful sales.
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers and conduct negotiations to close deals.
  • Engage in field-based sales activities with flexibility between home, client locations, and office settings.
  • Self-generate leads using strategic prospecting techniques.
  • Maintain accounts in Salesforce to report sales activities and client data.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of sales experience selling data, voice, cloud, or video solutions, including outside telecommunications-related sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Network-building, negotiation, closing, and interpersonal English communication skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to multitask.
  • Availability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities, with a valid driver's license.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in the healthcare vertical.
  • History of selling telecommunications products B2B.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
