Strategic Channel Development Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new channel opportunities, and perform all sales functions including prospecting, value proposition alignment, negotiation and contracting, and closing.
• Oversee and drive project or program execution from inception to delivery for Channel success.
• Actively manage key deliverables while advocating Channel through cross-functional teams.
• Set the strategic and tactical direction for channel marketing activities that generate revenue in the channel.
• Responsible for driving strategy and growth.
• Interact with various roles across the Cinch teams to identify, define, and design Partner GTM.
• Prospect in areas that are highly scalable and repeatable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years' experience in Channel Development or Sales Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Results-driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in Channel Development or Sales Management.
