Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple strategic programs within the PMO, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and strategic goals.
  • Work collaboratively across multiple business units and functions to drive initiatives and facilitate effective communication and alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and external partners.
  • Develop and implement program management frameworks and methodologies to ensure consistent and efficient program delivery.
  • Track and monitor program progress using digital tools, providing regular updates and reports to leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
  • Utilize expert-level PowerPoint skills to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate program status, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Present program updates, findings, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders, including the C-Suite.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices in program management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, or driving strategic programs with a proven track record of managing large and complex strategic initiatives.
  • Extensive experience working across business units and functions to drive program success.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and drive initiatives with little guidance.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and partnership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in managing digital tools for tracking program progress, such as project management software and collaboration platforms.
  • High-level PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create high-impact presentations that tell a compelling story.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Experience and comfort presenting to senior leaders.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Masters Engineering, etc.)
  • Certifications in project management, Six Sigma, Agile, etc (e.g., PMP, PgMP)
  • Experience in Business Intelligence, external benchmarking, and strategic planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or strategic initiatives
