About the Role

Strategy Operations and Planning Manager, SMB Advertising at TikTok involves understanding e-commerce advertising clients' industries, developing methodologies, establishing industry solutions, and building industry strategies into products. Key Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the e-commerce advertising clients' industries and products.
  • Develop methodologies, establish industry solutions, and integrate them into products.
  • Formulate industry strategies and identify growth opportunities to take responsibility for overall industry revenue.
  • Conduct regular industry-specific research to gain insights into industry development trends.
  • Improve category diversity and develop category merchandise strategies for marketing events.
  • Promote industry operation strategies and methodologies.
  • Guide client development strategies, industry approaches, and marketing campaign implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of experience in digital operations.
  • Excellent integrated marketing and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of the apparel and accessories industry; industry relevant operations experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational coordination abilities.
  • Self-motivated, passionate about thinking, learning, and research, with independent judgment capabilities.
  • Sharp data sensitivity with strong mining and insight abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Thinkcell/Excel.

Nice to Have

  • Skilled in using data insights to inform communication strategies and measure their effectiveness.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit capable of developing and leading new initiatives from the ground up.
  • Experience in the apparel and accessories industry.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital operations.
