You'll help identify opportunities, analyze ROI, and collaborate with teams to bring ideas to life. You'll explore advanced technologies—including AI, automation, and digital transformation—to drive innovation and expand Olsson's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Exploring and assessing new lines of business and service opportunities.
Conducting market research and ROI analysis to evaluate business models.
Investigating emerging technologies for corporate innovation.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to refine ideas.
Identifying problems and creative solutions that drive business growth.
Presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
Pursuing a degree in business management, engineering, mathematics, marketing, or a related field.
An entrepreneurial mindset and a love for brainstorming big ideas.
Passion for startups, innovation, and corporate strategy.
An interest or background in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Problem solving and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail.
