About the Role

The Student Recruitment and Marketing Officer will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance student recruitment efforts on a global scale. The role involves engaging with prospective students, their families, and education agents, delivering exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey from initial contact to enrolment. The officer will collaborate with internal teams and partner universities to organise recruitment events and campaigns, craft marketing materials, and analyse data to ensure strategies align with market needs and trends. This position is based at Brunel University London Pathway College and offers a full-time, permanent opportunity in a vibrant educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance student recruitment efforts globally.
Engage with prospective students, their families, and education agents, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey from initial contact to enrolment.
Collaborate with internal teams and partner universities to organise impactful recruitment events and campaigns.
Create compelling marketing materials to attract prospective students.
Analyse data to ensure marketing strategies align with market needs and trends.

Requirements

A degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, international education, or a related field.
Proven experience in creating and implementing effective marketing and communications campaigns.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a strong student-first mindset.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, particularly in fast-paced environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
