Key Responsibilities

Design digital assets for recruitment marketing including LinkedIn banners, Zoom backgrounds, social cards, and employee referral flyers.
Develop engaging content for channels such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Careers Website, and Emails, experimenting with new formats to tell employee stories and highlight SharkNinja as an employer of choice.
Provide campaign and social media reporting to measure the effectiveness of employer brand efforts.
Support employee photoshoots by helping to prepare and execute them.
Serve as a brand ambassador onsite in Needham by attending events, taking photos, and promoting employer brand initiatives.

Requirements

Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor's program.
Able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with at least 2 days onsite in Needham, MA.
Studies related to Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, PR, Advertising, English, Art History, or related fields.
Previous relevant internship or work experience in communications or marketing preferred.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, paid media, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
Proficient in Canva for creating social media content and printable items.
Strong storytelling, writing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Team player with eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Desire to work in Marketing or Human Resources.
Demonstrated academic leadership or involvement in extracurricular activities.
