About the Role

Our client, a leader in the retail analytics and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, is seeking a Supplier Account Manager to join their team. As a Supplier Account Manager, you will be part of the Marketing & Activation Department supporting the Incentive & Media Activation Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the intake, setup, and tracking of coupon-based and media-driven campaigns
Manage communications with suppliers and internal teams to ensure campaign milestones are met
Maintain campaign trackers and reporting templates across multiple systems
Support billing processes and track spend against supplier budgets
Build and deliver post-campaign reporting and assist with performance benchmarking

Requirements

2+ years of experience in project coordination, campaign activation, or CPG marketing
Proficiency in Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, and project tracking tools
Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with consumer offers, coupon setup, or retail marketing is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously

Qualifications

Experience in project coordination, campaign activation, or CPG marketing
Proficiency in Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, and project tracking tools
