Key Responsibilities

Hire, train, and manage a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
Develop Mid-Market AEs for career growth within the Box Sales organization.
Actively participate in customer on-sites, calls, and provide assistance to the team in closing deals.
Report on sales metrics and forecast to senior sales management.
Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship.
Actively use Salesforce.com to manage the sales process and set performance standards.

Requirements

5+ years of solution sales experience.
2+ years experience managing, hiring, and training Account Executives to achieve performance goals.
Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management.
Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas.
Excellent communication, business acumen, organizational, and time management skills.
Robust Salesforce.com analysis, reporting, and forecasting skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with enterprise content management (ECM), cloud, or SaaS sales.
Experience in senior sales management roles.

Qualifications

Solution sales experience of 5+ years.
Management, hiring, and training experience of 2+ years.

Salary range from $217,000 to $271,500 USD depending on experience and location.
Work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
