About the Role

The Technical Account Manager at LogicGate is a client-facing role responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships to drive product adoption, expansion, and advocacy. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor with GRC subject-matter expertise, supporting implementation projects, providing training, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position offers flexibility to work remotely, from the Chicago headquarters, or in a hybrid setup, and is focused on helping customers leverage the Risk Cloud platform effectively within the GRC domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships to drive product adoption, expansion, and customer advocacy from the beginning of the customer's contract.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing GRC subject-matter expertise and technical Risk Cloud product advice to help customers utilize their applications effectively and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Track customer health proactively and engage at-risk customers with solutions based on GRC and Risk Cloud knowledge.
  • Support implementation project management and serve as a technical expert, focusing on the holistic view of a customer's GRC program and use case interrelations in Risk Cloud.
  • Share knowledge of Risk Cloud best practices based on experience with similar customers, industries, and maturity levels.
  • Conduct ongoing account management activities, including weekly status meetings, monthly strategic meetings with stakeholders, and quarterly executive business reviews.
  • Provide training and resources for Power Users and end users on the Risk Cloud platform and existing applications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to ongoing partnership.
  • Respond to and support power users and customers within the stated SLA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GRC or Risk Advisory.
  • Becoming an expert on the Risk Cloud platform and articulating its value to various customer stakeholders.
  • Interest in supporting sales and business development efforts.
  • Experience with cybersecurity and/or risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001.
  • Passion for SaaS applications and understanding their value and limitations.
  • Great people skills with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • A drive to learn, curiosity, and a desire to understand customer problems and demonstrate how Risk Cloud can help.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting sales and commercial business development efforts.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific GRC use cases and maturity levels.

Qualifications

  • Experience in GRC or Risk Advisory for 5+ years.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001.
