As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will deliver "white glove" VIP support to small and mid-sized business clients. This includes both onsite and remote support to troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues. You will build long-term relationships with clients, serve as an escalation point for technical issues, and educate clients about Equinox's services. In addition, you will assist with lead generation and sales efforts, with potential bonus and commission incentives.
