Job Description

About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will deliver "white glove" VIP support to small and mid-sized business clients. This includes both onsite and remote support to troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues. You will build long-term relationships with clients, serve as an escalation point for technical issues, and educate clients about Equinox's services. In addition, you will assist with lead generation and sales efforts, with potential bonus and commission incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients via phone, in person, and virtual meetings.
  • Educate clients on Equinox services and their impact on overall technology health.
  • Act as an escalation point for client issues, both day-to-day and high-level impact.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client decision-makers and VIPs.
  • Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic planning, and budgeting for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
  • Assist with technical training on security and other IT-related topics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client-facing issues.
  • Identify solutions to improve client productivity, performance, and protection.
  • Assist with lead generation and sales efforts, with bonus and commission eligibility.

Requirements
