Technical Program Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and be accountable for a specific program area, driving the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through launch and post-release success.
• Manage scope, complexity, and impact of programs by aligning stakeholders, driving execution plans, and ensuring delivery meets business and customer outcomes.
• Lead and collaborate across functions, working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and internal teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Navigate ambiguity and evaluate complex situations, making data-informed decisions and aligning stakeholders to drive toward shared goals.
• Identify, manage, and coordinate dependencies and integrations across projects, teams, and systems to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
• Continuously assess and evolve delivery processes; recommend and implement improvements that increase efficiency, execution quality, and team collaboration.
• Facilitate program governance by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing risks, and developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables throughout the program lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively at all organizational levels through verbal updates, written summaries, and visual dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and workshops, guiding teams on best practices, process adherence, and delivery excellence.
• Build and maintain detailed program and project schedules, highlighting key tasks, milestones, and critical paths across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional software development or cloud infrastructure programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional Program/Project Management certifications a plus.
• Experience leading programs using Cloud Technologies and understanding agile tools and concepts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Monday, Aha, or other project tracking and reporting tools is a plus.

• Master's degree in a related field.

Benefits & Perks

• US base salary range of $106,000 - $204,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
