About the Role

Ekstrom Carlson is looking for a new team member in this exciting career opportunity. Products include spindle repair and new spindle manufacturing, cutting tool sharpening and manufacturing of new endmills, drills, router bits, and other cutting tools offered to the metalworking, woodworking, and plastics industry. We also manufacture a coolant mist spray system for cutting tools and sell saw motors and router motors. The company is a growing, ISO 9001 quality facility focused on expanding into the future, offering long-term career opportunities with internal and external training, a clean air environment, and a focus on quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Website SEO and marketing
Digital marketing
IT support and as required ERP system support
Artificial Intelligence - developing a strategy for use in office and manufacturing
Office support completing quotations, orders, and customer service as required
Management of our quality system (10 to 15% of time will be quality system focused)

Requirements

Qualifications include website maintenance, computer science, customer service, ISO standards, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, digital marketing, SEO, systems & applications support, quality systems, manufacturing, AI, and mechanical knowledge
Experience required - 0 years (with a Computer Science, or Digital Marketing Degree) to experienced
Bachelor's degree in computer science or digital marketing
Entry level or under 1 year of experience

Nice to Have

Experience with AI applications
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
Experience supporting manufacturing systems
