We're hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Lubbock, TX, and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory management of a geographical area.
  • Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • New business development and client acquisition/Account development.
  • Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
  • Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and keep them informed about new solutions.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Tenacious and innovative sales experience with a proven sales track record.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay educated on products and services.
  • Results-driven, competitive, self-motivated, and able to manage strategic and national accounts.
  • Experience or knowledge of Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry (rental or construction) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred.

  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction).

Qualifications

  • Proven outside sales experience with a successful track record.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to stay educated on products and services.
