About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager is an individual contributor responsible for new business development and improving customer and potential customer relationships. This position involves B2B outside sales, requiring travel away from the office to solicit clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through outside sales activities.
  • Travel to existing clients and meet with prospective clients to grow the business.
  • Manage customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet sales goals and be held accountable to KPIs.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of recent experience in a B2B Sales role.
  • Experience with outside sales, traveling to clients and meeting with prospects.
  • Experience working with a CRM system.
  • Experience being held to KPIs and sales goals.
  • Experience selling tangible items and coming from an industry like manufacturing, industrial, HVAC, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales with a focus on new business development and account management.

Benefits & Perks

  • Estimated Min Rate: $77,000.00
  • Estimated Max Rate: $85,000.00
