About the Role

BIOTRONIK Neuro is seeking a Territory Manager to join their Neuromodulation Segment in Los Angeles. The role involves promoting, selling, and servicing BIOTRONIK's product platform within an assigned territory, focusing on spinal cord stimulation therapy. The company emphasizes a team-oriented, fast-paced, and progressive work culture dedicated to redefining relief for patients experiencing chronic pain through advanced cardiovascular technologies and connected therapy management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service BIOTRONIK products and offerings to existing and competitive customers.
  • Support patients throughout the educational and clinical process for spinal cord stimulation therapy.
  • Provide support and technical assistance during the use of BIOTRONIK products during procedures.
  • Develop and implement quarterly sales plans and business reviews to achieve sales goals and objectives, while maintaining strategies for market shifts.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (physicians, hospital administrators, Allied Healthcare Professionals, etc) within the assigned territory to identify opportunities to promote BIOTRONIK products and services.
  • Complete administrative reporting such as expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, and inventory logs.
  • Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, market changes, distribution, pricing, customer preferences, and product features.
  • Manage time and company resources effectively to control expenses and assets.
  • Utilize sales collateral and support tools to support promotional and territorial needs.
  • Train and educate existing and new customers on BIOTRONIK's product portfolio.
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility for inventory and capital equipment assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Physiology, Biology, Bio Engineering, Business or an equivalent degree, or 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years medical device or biotechnology experience.
  • Experience in making multiple referral calls daily.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate in a Windows environment and learn platforms like Salesforce and Smartsheets.
  • Willingness and ability to comply with health and administrative facility credentialing demands.
  • Ability to work in a geographically diverse business environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory >80% of the time and outside of it.

Nice to Have

  • 1+ years of interventional pain/spine experience in a sales role.
  • Neuromodulation experience within the pain management market.
  • Proven experience in implementing and leading regional projects.
  • Recognition through Region, Area, or National Sales Awards.

Qualifications

  • Experience with direct quota attainment and performance metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interface and interact with patients.
  • Experience in the implantable medical device market.
