About the Role

KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to the intelligence and national security communities. This position offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects that protect national security, including designing and optimizing defense systems that shape the future of space defense. The role involves integration, testing, evaluation, and transition of enterprise IT systems, contributing to critical national security efforts in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Integrate, test, evaluate, and transition enterprise IT systems.
Attend and support formal Technical Reviews, such as Test Readiness Reviews (TRR).
Create a test plan/test procedure to support system acceptance testing after integration activities.
Conduct system acceptance testing in accordance with the approved test plan and test procedure.
Provide a test inspection report after completion of system acceptance testing.
Participate in after-actions reviews to address lessons learned and areas of opportunity.
Provide recommendations/inputs to final system design documents, as appropriate.

Requirements

Clearance: Top Secret with SCI.
5 to 8 years of experience with a BS/BA, or 3 to 5 years with an MS/MA, or 0 to 2 years with a PhD.
Proven experience testing IT systems, including hardware, applications, and network components.
Must have a current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level III certification.

Nice to Have

ITIL Foundations certification.

Qualifications

Educational background: BS/BA, MS/MA, or PhD as specified in experience requirements.
Certifications: DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level III (required), ITIL Foundations (desired).

Benefits & Perks

Basic Compensation: $115k - $185k, based on experience and internal parity.
Additional Compensation may include bonuses, commissions, sign-on bonuses, relocation benefits, short-term and long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
