Job Description

About the Role

CAMP is a Family Experience Company known for our one-of-a-kind shop/play hybrid experience at physical locations across the country. Each CAMP store features rotating themed experiences where families come to play, explore, and create unforgettable memories together. We believe that play connects us all, and at CAMP, play is bigger, bubblier, funnier, fuzzier, slimier, and sillier than anywhere else. We are looking for a Ticketing Analyst (full-time) to join the CAMP team, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer. This role involves owning and optimizing our ticketing and admissions operations across multiple locations, managing ticketing strategies, overseeing event setup, driving fulfillment, and partnering cross-functionally to enhance conversion, revenue, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ticket setup, pricing, inventory, and customer flow across all CAMP locations and experiences.
  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize conversion and maximize revenue.
  • Own the backend ticketing system built on Shopify, partnering with Product and Tech to ensure platform reliability and enhancements.
  • Oversee day-to-day ticket operations including event builds, capacity management, blackout dates, and hold inventories.
  • Ensure smooth and on-brand customer journey from purchase to check-in, collaborating with Retail and Store Ops.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ticketing and fulfillment issues quickly and empathetically.
  • Maintain clear, accurate listings and communications for all shows, ensuring brand consistency and clarity.
  • Partner with the Growth team on conversion tracking, attribution, and performance optimization across channels.
  • Collaborate with Brand Partnerships to build and support co-branded ticketing experiences, from pre-sale to post-event reporting.
  • Work with Retail, Creative, and Studio to integrate ticketing into larger brand moments, seasonal campaigns, and IP activations.
  • Monitor key KPIs like sell-through, conversion rate, drop-off, and average ticket price.
  • Generate performance reports and dashboards for leadership and location teams.
  • Use insights to test, iterate, and refine pricing, packaging, and customer flow strategies.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years experience in ticketing, live events, venue management, or consumer experience roles.
  • Deep familiarity with Shopify or custom-built ticketing solutions.
  • Experience with dynamic pricing, revenue management, or inventory optimization.
  • Highly analytical and operations-minded—comfortable in spreadsheets and event builds.
  • Clear communicator with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product, partnerships, and retail teams.
  • Passion for family entertainment, live experiences, and creating magical moments.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker, etc.).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Employee Assistance Program for support around education, legal, financial planning, career development, mental health, and dependent care.
  • 20% off all merchandise at CAMP's retail stores and CAMP.com.
