About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally between the internal Product Research & Development Teams, ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), and merchants.
• Drive improvements and innovative solutions to complex issues in an end-to-end project with minimal supervision.
• Identify application performance roadblocks and implement optimizations for the growing Ecommerce ecosystem.
• Continuously track technical risks and gaps, presenting mitigation strategies and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Test, troubleshoot, and enhance applications and user test cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2+ years of experience in E-commerce space, technical support, solution engineering, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, debugging response codes, token auths, and other web technologies.
• Professional experience with at least one client-side/server-side language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Ability to read basic code logic.

• Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working non-standard work hours to collaborate with global teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or technical support.
