Job Description

About the Role

The Trade Show Account Manager at Exhibitus is a key role supporting the sales team with existing and new accounts in a leading exhibit design and experiential marketing company. The position involves working closely with clients to meet their business needs, ensuring project success from conception to post-event review, and contributing to the company's reputation for innovation and excellence in the trade show industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting sales by preparing budgets and quotations for products and services.
  • Communicating with the sales and design departments to ensure projects meet conceptual vision and client expectations.
  • Interacting with clients to discuss project details and clarify work orders.
  • Distributing and clarifying work orders to production teams.
  • Estimating project costs and assisting account executives with proposal wording.
  • Maintaining daily communication with production regarding project details and changes.
  • Leading weekly project-specific meetings and communicating results to team members.
  • Developing crate content lists and shipping manifests with logistics support.
  • Creating set-up packages for on-site managers with detailing department assistance.
  • Leading post-event meetings to review outcomes, costs, and variances, and publishing findings for process improvements.
  • Managing show service estimates, completing show forms, coordinating subcontractors, reconciling project expenses, and preparing shipping documents.
  • Resolving issues swiftly and contributing to overall company success.
  • Assisting in training and developing new team members as needed.
  • Traveling to support sales efforts and client events when required.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree.
