About the Role

Milan Laser Hair Removal is one of the nation's premier laser hair removal providers, using top-of-the-line lasers and performing treatments by licensed medical professionals. The company guarantees results for life with its exclusive Unlimited Package™ and has over 350 locations across more than 35 states, with plans to expand into a national brand. The Traveling Sales Manager role involves traveling to various locations to support sales and operations, filling in for store managers, and engaging with clients to promote treatment packages.

Key Responsibilities

Perform sales consultations and educate clients on laser hair removal
Promote and recommend treatment packages
Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
Actively seek client reviews and referrals
Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees
Complete employee work schedules
Foster a culture of world class customer service

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred
Reside in close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport
Ability to fulfill the 100% travel schedule (up to 18 overnight stays)
Flexibility for weekend coverage and travel
Proven success in sales and team leadership
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Intermediate computer skills
Must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate the ability to rent vehicles from all major rental car companies as needed for business travel
Be able to lift 20-40 pounds
