About the Role

Milan Laser Hair Removal is one of the nation's premier laser hair removal providers, utilizing top-of-the-line lasers and licensed medical professionals to perform treatments. The company guarantees results for life with its exclusive Unlimited Package™ and has over 350 locations across more than 35 states, with plans for national expansion. The role involves traveling to various locations to support store operations and sales efforts, providing client consultations, and helping manage day-to-day store activities during absences of the local Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Perform sales consultations and educate clients on laser hair removal
Promote and recommend treatment packages
Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
Actively seek client reviews and referrals
Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees
Complete employee work schedules
Foster a culture of world class customer service

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred
Reside in close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport
Ability to fulfill the 100% travel schedule (up to 18 overnight stays)
Flexibility for weekend coverage and travel
Proven success in sales and team leadership
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Intermediate computer skills
Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles from major rental car companies
Ability to lift 20-40 pounds
