About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Funnel Manager to build, optimize, and manage conversion-focused sales funnels that drive revenue growth and improve customer acquisition. The role involves managing the framework of marketing and sales processes, ensuring smooth transitions of prospects through the customer journey, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-performing funnels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales funnel strategies tailored to various target audiences and objectives.
  • Map out the customer journey to identify touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for optimization in content, design, and operational processes.
  • Create funnel wireframes, layouts, or flowcharts to visualize the sales process, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Build and manage multiple sales funnels, including opt-in pages, sales pages, webinars, checkout processes, and follow-up automation.
  • Utilize funnel-building tools and software to craft seamless workflows.
  • Work with internal or external resources to produce compelling content, copy, graphics, and assets for each stage of the funnel.
  • Monitor funnel performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, bounce rates, CTR, and revenue per lead.
  • Conduct A/B testing on funnel components to improve results.
  • Analyze data and feedback to optimize sales funnels for higher conversion rates.
  • Implement marketing automation systems to nurture leads at various stages.
  • Design personalized follow-up strategies to engage prospects and facilitate conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead hand-offs and alignment on follow-up strategies.
  • Understand and address speedbumps within the product and expert experience to improve conversion.
  • Partner with teams to enhance overall performance.
  • Partner with marketing teams to align paid ad campaigns, organic strategies, and content with funnel objectives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to incorporate customer feedback into funnel strategies.
  • Coordinate with web developers, graphic designers, and copywriters to ensure timely delivery of funnel assets.
  • Create detailed reports on funnel performance, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Use tracking tools to analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales funnel creation, optimization, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of funnel-building tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Kartra, HubSpot, Infusionsoft, ActiveCampaign).
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including lead generation, email marketing, retargeting, and paid ad campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, CRM software, or performance tracking platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of the customer journey and conversion principles.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple funnels simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing strategies related to funnels (preferred).
  • Experience with copywriting and persuasive marketing techniques (preferred).
  • Familiarity with graphic design platforms like Canva or Adobe Suite (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting funnel-related tech issues (preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Results-oriented and resourceful with a track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing strategies as they relate to funnels.
  • Experience with copywriting and persuasive marketing techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or conversion optimization roles.
