Key Responsibilities

Work closely with product managers and developers to grasp project goals and requirements.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to guide design choices.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to convey design concepts.
Design and refine user interfaces based on feedback and usability tests.
Ensure visual design consistency across all digital platforms.
Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented successfully.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
