Key Responsibilities

Participates in system conceptual design and documentation of the design concepts.
Translates high-level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and works with multi-discipline engineering teams to develop lower-level detailed requirements.
Participates in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation.
Generates system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures.
Reviews test plans/procedures and ensures they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements.

Requirements

BS/BA and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
Minimum 2-years' experience engaging with customers and stakeholders to design the User Experience (UX) for an application.
Demonstrated experience successfully solving UX problems.
Demonstrated experience in the Visual Design of an application.
Demonstrated understanding of the Rules of Accessibility.
The ability to create a wire frame and assist in prototyping.
The ability to create and communicate clear requirements to a development team.

Nice to Have

Experience working in an Agile development methodology.
Experience with Adobe XD.

Qualifications

BS/BA or higher degree with relevant experience.
Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
