About the Role

An Unvalidated Producer at Marsh McLennan Agency is responsible for prospecting, quoting, selling, and placing new business, as well as cross-selling additional products and services. The position aims to meet production goals and book size targets that entitle the producer to validation and additional incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect new clients and develop new business opportunities.
Quote and sell new insurance or service products to clients.
Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
Develop marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with Relationship Executives.
Coordinate with Relationship Executives to obtain the best coverage terms and pricing for clients.
Deliver timely advice and professional counsel to clients.
Ensure marketing, service, and claims teams meet the client's needs.
Collect premiums and fees billed, if applicable.
Promote and maintain good client, company, and employee relations.
Promote the company image through civic, social, and business activities.
Build and maintain internal and external knowledge of product and service offerings.
Stay informed about industry trends and pursue continuing education.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by management.
