About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders
• Track project progress and performance
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Manage project budget and resource allocation
• Communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
• Develop and implement project management best practices and methodologies
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues
• Technical expertise in AI and GenAI
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills to guide project teams towards successful project completion
• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
• Option 2: 9 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area

Nice to Have

• Certification in Project Management
• Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area
• Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences
• Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience; Option 2: 9 years' experience in relevant fields
