Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product vision and roadmap for member engagement.
  • Drive experimentation and optimization across marketing landing pages, sign-up flows, and early member experiences.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to identify high-value acquisition channels and friction points in the funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure end-to-end customer journey excellence, from sign-up to early repeat usage.
  • Define and track KPIs related to acquisition quality, onboarding success, and early engagement signals predictive of retention.
  • Champion the voice of the customer in product development, ensuring new members experience clear value quickly.

Requirements

  • Proven success in scaling digital membership, subscription, or loyalty products.
  • Familiarity with personalization strategies and tools to tailor customer journeys at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and behavioral data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of lifecycle and retention dynamics.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years' experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 11 years' experience in product management or related area.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager.
  • Experience working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years' experience in product management.
  • Or 11 years' experience in product management or related area.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area with 8 years' experience as a product manager.
