Job Description

About the Role

As a part of Walmart's Customer Org, you will be the voice of our customer, helping to develop experiences that transform the industry by leveraging the latest tools and working with cross-functional teams. The role involves building member-centric solutions across various channels, with a focus on Walmart+ membership programs. You will be part of the Walmart+ Product team, specifically on the Member Care & Operations Team, responsible for building the core Member Care product ecosystem to serve members effectively and efficiently, fostering a culture of platform thinking and modular capabilities that scale across the omni-channel ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving the vision, the strategy, and the execution of scope across Walmart+ Member Care and Member Operations.
  • Enhance experience around Member operations to drive operational success and efficiency and reduce member operational defects.
  • Build new foundational capabilities and experiences to proactively mitigate impact of experience issues, empower member self-service experiences for rapid first contact resolution, and enable Care agents to provide best-in-class service to Walmart+ members.
  • Define launch plans and success metrics, work with analytics and business intelligence sources on A/B testing to measure impact, analyze results, and recommend improvements based on customer data and other business intelligence sources.
  • Drive product platform prioritization and development, build a consolidated roadmap in alignment with business stakeholders, product partners, and engineering leaders.
  • Drive execution on the roadmap, including working with engineers on technical aspects such as API requests and responses, answering development questions, and monitoring QA for production rollout.
  • Manage cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Technology, Business, and Product partners.

Requirements

  • You are passionate about product innovation and committed to developing new products and optimizing existing ones to enhance user experience and business impact.
  • You have experience building concierge care platforms and agent-facing tools.
  • You have experience in building and scaling subscriptions, memberships, and Customer Care products.
  • You have a customer-centric mindset, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through data-driven insights and user-first execution.
  • You are comfortable influencing others, managing stakeholders, gaining buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly.
  • You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve products.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years of experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 11 years of experience in product management or related area.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area.
  • Experience working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.

Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years of experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 11 years of experience in product management or related area.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area with 8 years of experience as a product manager.
