About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Strategy, Data, Compliance, and Technology to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
• Manage campaign components such as offers, list generation, disclosures, and personalization.
• Support the development and deployment of decisioning strategies to enhance customer targeting and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards for all marketing communications.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for campaign performance and delivery metrics.
• Assist in optimizing marketing workflows and identifying areas for process improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience in validating and testing Marketing Campaigns.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (Manual).
• Experience in documenting test cases and reports.
• Strong understanding of marketing domain and functions, including campaign management, offer management, list generation, disclosures and compliance, decisioning, and personalization.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, regulated environment (preferably financial services or banking).
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing workflow tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and marketing automation tools.
