About the Role

CGI Federal is currently seeking a User Experience Design Specialist to meet the needs of a Content Management System. This project is a multi-year initiative to modernize the technology, infrastructure, design, and software used by the federal government to author, create, review, manage, publish, and distribute content to both government clients and the public. This position is located in our Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities

Design user experiences for a Content Management System to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement user-centered design solutions.
Contribute to the modernization of technology, infrastructure, and software used by the federal government.

Requirements

Experience in user experience design, particularly for content management systems.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work in Lafayette, LA or remotely.
Strong collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
