About the Role

The User Experience Designer will support and develop user-centered design solutions for various digital products and initiatives. The role involves creating interface solutions and interaction models, developing project plans, and executing UX design projects of moderate to complex scope. The position requires working independently with limited guidance and collaborating across teams to ensure user-centric outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Support and develop user-centered design solutions for all levels of products and digital initiatives via user interface solutions and interaction models.
Develop project execution plans, deployment schedules, and implement UX design projects of moderate to complex scope.
Create prototypes for testing to ensure design meets business and user objectives.
Influence team members and business partners by explaining the impact of designing and developing with the end user in mind.
Collaborate with project teams to define solutions.
Operate within the appropriate Design Thinking methodology based on product, channel, audience, and application requirements or workflow.
Proactively identify and address user experience or design issues to keep projects on track and meet interim milestones.
Design and develop conversational flows for chatbots, voice assistants, and AI-powered interfaces.
Perform usability testing and user research.
Draw from a strong portfolio demonstrating conversational UI/UX projects.

Requirements

Significant experience in design fundamentals, interaction design, visual design, and industry standards.
Experience in user-centered design processes and best practices.
Working knowledge of best practices for web and mobile content, tools, and forms.
Ability to interpret requirements into executable design solutions.
Strong cross-group collaboration and persuasion skills.
Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in analyzing business processes and functions.
Advanced skill in managing timelines, deadlines, and resources to ensure successful project implementation.
Experience in designing and developing conversational flows for chatbots, voice assistants, and AI interfaces.
Proficiency in usability testing and user research.
Strong portfolio demonstrating conversational UI/UX projects.
Familiarity with conversation design tools.
