Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams to gather and understand business requirements.
Design user interface specifications using client research, design standards, and industry best practices.
Participate in design review sessions to gain consensus and approvals on designs and documentation.
Conduct business acceptance testing and execute test cases.
Ensure usability deliverables align with project timelines, budgets, and scope constraints.
Advocate for user experience principles and user-centered design.

Requirements

Proficiency in Figma
Experience with wireframing and prototyping
Strong user research skills
Expertise in user experience design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
